Embedding supplier diversity as an organisational capability

Third Step is Supply Nation's advanced, four-hour online masterclass for professionals who have completed Next Step training and are ready to move beyond strategy and intention to embed supplier diversity as a lasting organisational capability. 

The masterclass explores leadership, procurement, Indigenous supplier partnerships, impact measurement and organisational change, giving participants the tools and confidence to drive sustainable outcomes across their organisation. 

Participants will also develop a tailored 90-day action plan to support implementation and drive meaningful outcomes in their organisation. 

Third Step is exclusively available to individuals from our member organisations who have previously completed Next Step training.

  • Increased confidence to engage Indigenous suppliers intentionally 

  • Develop approaches to supplier development and partnership building

Jenni Walke is a proud Bundjalung woman with 25 years’ experience in leadership development, capability development, business strategy, coaching and facilitation. Jenni works with businesses and leaders to understand how they work and develop strategies to solve complex problems through new and innovative solutions.
